A few helpful answers

Before you begin

Do I need to have decided to divorce?

No. You can seek coaching while considering separation, during divorce or as you rebuild afterwards. The decisions remain yours.

Is divorce coaching the same as counselling?

Divorce coaching focuses on your current challenges, priorities and practical next steps. It does not replace counselling, psychotherapy or specialist support for abuse.

Can you give legal or financial advice?

Coaching can help you organise questions and prepare for discussions with qualified advisers. Legal and financial advice should come from the appropriate professional.

Can we meet online?

Yes. Online and face-to-face coaching are offered. Location and availability will be confirmed before a session is booked. Individual 60-minute sessions are £75, or four sessions are £280.
